Nature’s Classroom ( at Riverview Camp, an ACA and AEE accredited experiential education center, is now hiring! Teachers (4-year college degree required) facilitate hands-on classes in all academic areas, lead hikes and teach environmental ethics. Activities focus on cooperation, communication, and team-building using group initiatives and the low challenge course. Other activities: canoeing, night hikes, climbing tower, and high challenge course. Staff contracts are seasonal (Spring/Fall semesters) and staff generally works 4-5 day weeks (very little weekend work required).
