ACTIVITY SPECIALIST

NATURALIST – INDIANA
The naturalist for Porter County Parks and Recreation is an ever-evolving position. The naturalist will lead and assist in planning, coordinating and conducting safe and effective camp activities and programs for year-round camp programs. The naturalist will also assist in developing, implementing and documenting new and existing indoor and outdoor programs, and assure they meet current Indiana State Academic Standards. The naturalist will develop and deliver curriculum for all camps. The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating and conducting safe and effective camp activities, and developing, implementing, and documenting programs. A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Natural Resources, Natural Sciences, Recreation, Education or related field of study, or a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the above related fields of study is required. CAMP PATHWAY SPECIALIST (CAMP DIRECTOR) – INDIANA
We are looking for an experienced specialized activity director and summer camp director. * RECREATION SPECIALIST – NEW JERSEY
YMCA Camps of Medford. The Recreation Specialist leads outdoor education, recreational, and challenge course programs that support the mission of YMCA Camps of Medford. OUTDOOR EDUCATION COORDINATOR – NORTH CAROLINA
Camp Hanes is seeking high-energy individual to lead the upcoming Spring/Fall season of Outdoor Education. OE coordinator will report directly to OE director. CAMP PROPERTY MANAGER – VERMONT
YMCA Camp Abnaki, a boy’s residential camp consisting of 91 acres and 52 buildings on the shores of beautiful Lake Champlain in North Hero, Vermont, is seeking a year-round property manager. The Manager is responsible for managing the maintenance, repair, cleanliness and security of camp buildings, grounds, equipment and vehicles. The position supervises seasonal staff members and monitors the work of outside contractors and vendors involved in construction projects and improvements to the camp. The Manager may be asked to work weekends and/or evenings and in other facilities of the Y on an as needed basis in the off-season.
