MANAGEMENT TRAINING POSITION – NEW HAMPSHIRE
Cheshire YMCA Management Internship/Training Position. Our Management Training program is for young adults or new to the field professionals with a desire to begin a career in the YMCA, Residential Camping (900 campers), Outdoor Education, Adventure Track, or Educational Travel Program (we take 8 trips, 500 students on tours of historic Boston, Washington DC, etc.) wanting to get more experience in a variety of areas. This is a program to train new professionals in all aspects of the Cheshire YMCA. This program provides hands on experience in management within the YMCA and Leisure Services industry. Besides our core programs we emphasize administration, budgeting, organization skills, and communications. Each Management Trainee will be assigned and lead projects, assist managers, and perform administration duties. The Retreat Coordinator Intern is responsible for all aspects of the weekend retreat business at Alpine Meadows.
