Nature’s Classroom (www.naturesclassroom.com) at Riverview Camp, an ACA
and AEE Accredited experiential education center, is now hiring Teachers!
Our Teachers (4-year college degree required) facilitate hands-on classes
in all academic areas, lead hikes and teach environmental ethics.
Activities focus on cooperation, communication, and team-building using
group initiatives and the low challenge course. Other activities:
canoeing, night hikes, climbing tower, and high challenge course. Staff
contracts are seasonal (Spring/Fall semesters) and staff generally works
4-5 day weeks (very little weekend work required). In addition to salary,
room and board is provided including: meals, private bedroom, training,
and use of phone, internet, and washer/dryer. Other benefits include:

* ROPES/ CHALLENGE COURSE COORDINATOR – CALIFORNIA
Camp Stevens is seeking a Ropes Course Coordinator. An opportunity for an
organized, enthusiastic leader who enjoys working with people on a Ropes
Course in a natural setting to grow in a professional, community based and
environmentally conscious camp. Responsible for: daily operation of ropes
course facilities and programs, coordinating programs, training staff,
developing programs, equipment, maintaining ACCT standards, Outdoor

EVENT MANAGER (SEASONAL) – TEXAS
Spend a summer, semester or year with Camp Cho-Yeh serving as an Event
Manager and play an essential role in building relationships and impacting
lives through Christ-centered service. Cho-Yeh’s Team of Event Managers
partner with group leaders and other Cho-Yeh team members to execute the

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT – NEW YORK
Day Camp Administrative Assistant – New York City. Manhattan Youth’s
Downtown Day Camps have a rare opening for a year-round administrative
assistant. We operate K-8th grade day camps in NYC. The administrative
assistant works closely with the camp directors and is a master of
organization, as well as a “people person.” Responsibilities include
answering calls; “talking and selling camp;” database, registration and

Outdoor Education Instructor/Naturalist. January – May 2011. The program
combines a unique opportunity to work in varied curriculums and educate
children in natural resources, forensic sciences, and marine biology. We
have three sites that we will hire instructors for, they include: Pickens
Educational Center in Pickens, SC where we teach our CSI program (forensic
science), R.M. Cooper 4-H Leadership Center in Summerton, SC where we
teach our Teaching KATE program (natural resources), and Sewee Coastal
Retreat Center in Awendaw, SC where we teach our Expedition Sewee program
(marine science). We work with students from 2nd to 8th grade and instruct
in day and night programming. In addition, we also facilitate team
