Camp Mason seeks individuals for positions that directly involve teaching
groups of students in outdoor, environmental and recreational activities.
Duties: Plan and teach classes to students 10 – 14 yrs. old; supervise

Ranch Campus. Qualifications: Three years training and two years

camp or other institutional setting. Two years experience in food
purchase, storage, nutritional menu planning, preparation and service.
Three years experience supervising food service personnel or two seasons
working in a food service lead capacity for Grizzly Creek Ranch
Campus/Sierra Nevada Journeys. Two years customer service experience.
Ability to use Microsoft Office software. Hold ServSave Food Handlers
certification/or be able/willing to obtain certification before
employment. Qualification from a recognized culinary school, preferred but
not essential. Hold a valid California drivers license with good driving
record. The Food Service Manager, shall have competence in and delegated
responsibility for the following: Food Service; Supervision; Financial
Management; Customer Service; Other duties as assigned. Expectations will
be set by the Vice President of the Grizzly Creek Campus and Vice
