OUTDOOR POSITIONS – INDIANA
Spring/Summer/Fall Positions: Adventure Educ. Specialist: full-time

PROGRAM SPECIALIST – IOWA
Camp Courageous of Iowa is a year-round recreational & respite care
facility for individuals with special needs. Campers have mental &
physical disabilities, autism, brain injuries, hearing & visual
impairments, ADHD and other special needs. Traditional camp activities & a
well-developed adventure program are available. Program Specialists work
with children & adults with disabilities as a counselor or activity

* CAMP AND CONFERENCE PROGRAM COORDINATOR: CHAUNCEY RANCH YMCA – ARIZONA
Chauncey Ranch is a 5,000 acre working horse ranch, located in Central
Arizona. Primary functions are to assist the Camp Director and Outdoor
Education Director with camp promotion, retention and program activities.
Helps to develop the camp department and programs, including staff
supervision, budget management and planning. This position ensures that
camping programs are high quality, creative and cutting edge, operated

WATERFRONT & ADVENTURE DIRECTORS – CONNECTICUT
Club Getaway is a sports and adventure resort/camp located in the
foothills of the Berkshire Mtns, just 90 minutes from NYC. We host a
variety of groups from NYC school students, day camps, girl scouts,
weddings, and adult vacations. Activities include hiking, biking, skiing,
high ropes, low ropes, trapeze, water sports, dance classes and much more.
We are seeking an experienced waterfront director adventure director for
the 2009 season. Or program begins in May and runs until October. The

DIRECTOR AND ASSISTANT CAMP DIRECTOR – FLORIDA
Year-round employment for Camp Director & Asst Camp Director. Must have
solid experience (minimum of 5+ years) in coed summer residential camp
plus rest of the year working with various weekend groups. Must be a
self-starter and be able to take immediate control in all aspects with an
emphasis on sales & marketing as well as working with Camp Brain on line
registration system and other computer software. Background in food
service will be helpful. Important that candidate to be mature and able to
relate both to parents and campers. Special emphasis also on day and
evening activities, primarily during summer camp. Must be willing and able
to take direction from owner in addition to supplying valuable input to
the owner. Some accounting background would be helpful. As part of your
duties as Camp Director &/or Assistant Camp Director you will be required

Major non-profit organization is currently seeking a Youth Outdoor Program
Director to oversee a youth camping program, properties, and ranch
management. Position ensures that the program is of a high quality and

approximately 100 year round employees and 1,000 seasonal employees.
Position requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and staff
management skills. Being responsible for a twenty million dollar annual

SUMMER CAMP COORDINATOR – OHIO
CVNPA, in partnership with the National Park Service operates six weeks of
summer camp, both residential and day. The Summer Camp Coordinator is a
seasonal position beginning in March and ending mid-September. The Summer
Camp Coordinator, under the supervision of the CVEEC Manager will: Direct,
coordinate and manage programming and logistics for summer resident camps.
This person will be the day to day manager of all summer camp programs.
The Summer Camp Coordinator will supervise Program Assistants, counselors
and the staff nurse. S/he will work with other CVEEC staff to maintain
quality programs consistent with CVNPA’s mission. The successful candidate
must have a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 2 years experience in Program
Management and supervisory experience preferably in a summer camp setting.

PROGRAM SUPERVISOR – TEXAS
Camp For All (CFA) is accepting applications for one full-time, salaried,
full-benefit program supervisor. CFA is located between Houston and Austin
and is a barrier free camp that works in close collaboration with specials
needs organizations to provide a camping experience. The Program
Supervisor will work directly with the Program Manager to recruit,
interview, hire and train program staff. They will also be responsible for
communicating directly with the user groups; scheduling; and assisting in
the development of the annual budget. As an important part of the
leadership team, they will serve as a good role model, a believer in the
“make it happen” attitude and a leader to staff and campers alike. Must

* DIRECTOR, HULBERT OUTDOOR CENTER – VERMONT
The Director of the Hulbert Outdoor Center manages the operations and
markets the resources of an organization that conducts educational and
recreational programs for youth, adults, families and community groups in
a camp setting on Lake Morey in Fairlee, Vermont. The Center offers
programs of one day to one week from September through May, with overnight
